Q: What to do when your account is debited wrongly

Dear Sir, Yesterday on 4th of June i received at 10:17 pm i received a transaction alert from ICICI bank stating "Your account has been debited with 22324 INR with debit card transaction" At that time i was at home and my debit card was kept in safe locker.This transaction is not made by me. Kindly advice legal action on ICICI bank,its their responsibility to protect consumer and his interest.Also advice how to get money back. Thanking you

Firstly Inform ICICi Bank about this transaction. Make a complaint and investigate transaction to the manager of ICICI bank by written application. Request to Bank for refund of transacted amount in your account.If bank refuse his responsibility then you have to complaint against bank.



Q: Can call recordings be used as evidence in court

maine apne sasuraal walon per dowry ka case kiya hua hai, mere pass kuch sabut hai jisse main ye sabit kar sakti hoon ki mere sasuraal walon ne dahej manga tha mujhse. mere pass kuch call recordings hai. per ek problem hai ki mere husband ne humesha office ke landline number se call kiya our paise maange uski recording mere pass hai our maine mere sasuraal main rehkar ek recording ki thi jismain meri saas mujhe paise lane ke liye bol rahi hai , kya ye dono hi legal hai court main. office ke landline number ki recording our ghar main rehkar jo recording ki hai kya court use manegi. dusra question hai ki mere husband ne mere khilaf ek nc karvai thi our woh nc mere sasuraal ke police station main ki gayi hai. mere husband ki kuch police walon se achi pehchaan hone ki vajah se mujhe nc ki copy nahi mil rahi. finally maine RTI main request ki hai per 2 month ho gaye abhi tak kuch nahi hua. kya RTI court main legal hai.

Call recordings is used as evident in court. But there are required IT act sec. 65 B certificate or affidavit of electronic evidence.If you are requested from 2 months. The period is completed of RTI application. You may file a appeal to the superior office of police station.

Fill the details of your case as per requirement. If you dont have sufficient knowledge of Operating Internet or website then you should go to internet cafe.Above Stage is depend on your case but here shows that court require report from any body.



Q: Threatening calls From bank customer

In 2013 I was working with insurance company as a insurance adviser in bana channel taking care was axis bank.. I sourced one long term policy to the customer with explaining all terms and conditions....he signed the proposal form..and policy got issued..now after so many years the customer is not able to the pay the premium and he is blaiming me for miss selling that policy to him in 2013.I left that job in 2016. Even thought am no more working with that company. Customer threatening me that he will do fir against me in police for miss selling ..and all..he is keep calling me every day for the same.. And threatening me. For making complaint in police and all...my question is do I need to worry ??? Even after selling right product ..should I need to worry ?? Even I left company in 2016 ..do I need to worry ???? Plzzz help me with proper guidance...this kind of customer are in necessary threatening to customer ...need proper advice

Dont Worry about it.Because only master is liable for that policy and policies liability. There is no liablity to servant. And after all you resigned that insurance company. So I'm not afraid to do it



Q: What to do to terminate an online contract of work from home

Hi, I am a house wife I got a call from digie class offering an online typing job were they asked me to register with them on there website and after confirming with an otp, I can start my job . I had to submit it within 12 days. I have a small child due to which I was not able to do the job. So I called them after 3-4 days telling asking them to deactivate my account. But they denied. Now after 12 days they sent me an email of legal notice, asking me to pay the fine of rs.7000. I want to know what can be done?

Pls send your contract copy with the online job provider.If absence of Contract copy which document do you submitted and verified web pages and signed on forward to me.If there is nothing contract and agreement there is no problem.
