Someone used my phone number and email id

Hello,
Someone used my phone, phone number and email id to make fake instagram id to message some other person and now they are blaming me that i have messaged and they are going do fir on my name but all my id and number was hacked and i have not done anything please help me in this
I strongly recommend that you immediately file a detailed complaint with the local Cyber Crime Cell stating that your phone, mobile number, and email ID were unlawfully accessed and misused by an unknown individual to create a fake Instagram account without your consent, and that you had no involvement in the alleged communication, in order to protect yourself from any false FIR or legal consequences.

1. Mail INSTAGRAM wrt to hacking
2. Check your login details in insta to check for suspicious login locations
3. If you recover your account post a story telling about the issue
4. If somehow you know the person file a complaint of cheating with personation against him/her.
