Someone file FIR against me in IT act 2000

I want to know that I belong to MP and a girl from nagpur file FIR against me in 500 section ,66,67 in IT ACT 2000 now what can I do

Well, you should immediately hire a well competent Advocate to seek Anticipatory Bail for you to save yourself from being arrested + Go for quashing in High Court to quash FIR and Criminal Proceedings against you under the concerned provisions of the CRPC, 1973

Well, you should immediately file an Application to seek Anticipatory Bail and parallely file an Application in High Court to get the FIR and Criminal Proceedings quashed against you or else co operate in the Police Investigation under Sec 41A of the CRPC, 1973.
