Well, you have to submit the Court Order to get amount in your account unhold to the concerned Cyber Cell as well as to the Bank, after which the amount holded will be unhold as per the court order under the concerned laws.

If you have a court order directing the police to de-freeze or remove the hold on your lien amount, you should draft an application to the respective police station stating the operative part and also annex the certified copy of the same order with the application
