Sir,
I was arrested for cyber crime( for 3 nights) for facebook hacking of a friend and sending derogatory messages, of which no picture circulation or monetary involvement was present on Jan 2018 . Neither I was given any chargesheet nor to the Honourable Court of Law since my bail for more than 6 months. My prior questions are:
a. Should i get a police clearance certificate for government job?
b. Will there by any criminal record left for me?
The police has submitted the chargesheet recently to the Court of law and I am due to receiving it.
Chargesheet is submitted when the police have completed their investigation. Till you are not convicted from the Court of law for the offences made as per the chargesheet you are innocent. You have full right to plead innocent and not a criminal. For getting the copy of chargesheet, please talk to your appointed Advocate.

Actually you cannot get a government job unless you get an acquittal from that criminal case. You have to get your case tried first. Criminal record will be there unless the case ends. This needs proper homework and detailed discussion if you wish to
