Release of hold money in cyber crime

Iam a victim of cyber fraud after getting frauded by fraudsters I submitted the complaint in cyber crime and written application to my nearest cyber crime branch after that I recieved a message that your amount is put on hold and IO advised me to file a petetion and get court order from cheif judicial magistrate under crpc 457 my question is that can I get that court order by giving application by own or I have to hire any advocate or lawyer ?
Yes you have to engage and advocate to get your money released. A proper procedure will be followed to get the money released.
