Rejection of applications applied for radiographer due to assistant is

In response to the notifications issued by the directorate of health services port blair my daughter applied for the same.but the authority rejected her application as assistant is written in her diploma certificate
You can file a petition if she qualify as per the requirement of notification. This cannot be taken as ground from there end.
Authorities are required to comply with the terms of their advertisement/notification/circular without any alteration
