I have message a unknown contact in my phone to know who she's later know she's lady 45yo I talk him little bit said sorry I disturbed u then she replied my messages I said her beautiful also but later she change behavior she blackmail me that I will complain against ur stalking harassment to cyber cell otherwise pay fine some fine I didn't said more than cute and give my introduction of her questions should I pay her or she's cyber bullying to me?

She is cyber bullying you , if you have the proof in which she asks you for money and blackmailing you. In this case , you can lodge a complaint for extortion under section 308( BNS) against her. Further i need to about the details of your case.

you can go nearly Police Station and get written application against such mobile number . if Police not registered your proper complaint then you contact nearest district Court compound and find a criminal lawyer and file a case against blackmailer and hope you a Court order for lodge FIR
