Regarding release of frozen money in a cyber crime issue..

Hello sir,
I lost ₹12,000 in a cyber fraud.. ₹10000 from them were freezed by cyber police.. They asked to arrange for a lawyer to get that money by court..
What can I do? Is there any lawyer who can take up this issue..?

hi first need to see the reasons for freezing the account then you could file petition in the court seeking or directing the autorities to defreeze your account and that you could file writ petition in court in this regard
