Reg case unable to attend due to health issue and how to fix the issue

I am in critical health issue,with no right leg,left kidney lost, and one week back got brain stroke with right hand paralysis. Now under medication. I have a cyber crime case put up wantedly on me. Since 2019 is still on trail. Opponent is not responding nor attending the court. But I am struggling hard to attend every hearing. But this time as I got brain stroke...I can't attend the hearing. I need help on this.. how to inform court that I can't attend hearing any more.. and how can I fix
you can file a quash petition in high court and can avail an order from the court that u r facing health issues and need to submit the medical reports and get an order that you need not attend for trail process ...you can quash your case at high court....approach us we help u

hi if you cannot be able to attend the court hearings then you could file petition to dispense your attendance or could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and to dissolve of the charges
