Get your all bank and transaction details,date on which such transactions was made ,the port through which it was carried out .
AFTER getting all details take out the hard copies of that, this will your custodian of evidence, further on basis of this you could put forward your contentions ,if need any help ,feel free to contact .

Both companies have their escalation matrix and grievance officer. If their customer care don't provide satisfactory response, you should escalate the matter to higher level and finally their grievance officers. You should also check your account at websites of both companies whether the transaction is completed or not and where the transaction was declined. If your problem is still not resolved, then you should approach a consumer forum. However, answer this query in right approach, I need more information.
