Possibility of FIR and under what sections

08-Apr-2025 (In Cyber Crime Law)
My brothers wife has submitted a written complaint at womens police ststion stating that we are circulating her nude photos and videos. She asked to lodge a FIR and to confisticate phones of all the members. Reality is that she is involved in adulterty and we have used these photos and videos as evidence in the family court which was found in her own phone. What is the possibility of FIR based on the complaint and if so what sections.

Don't circulate such photos , If she living in adultery it is ground for divorce you can't publish or circulate the photos, if fir registered it's going to non bailable sections so consult any advocate and explain the situation in details and get anticipatory bail
