PlEASE TELL US WHAT ACTION WE TAKE. YEH SAB FEB KA HAI POLICE HUMARI NAHI SUN RAHI HAI

If police is not registering your FIR without any valid reason ,you can approach senior suprintendent of police concerned District ,if they also deny registering FIR ;then you can approach court ,Definetly FIR will be registered regarding evidence and all prima Facie your case seem to be valid its sufficient to initial Investigation ,for any Help /Advice feel free to contact .

सबसे पहले आप sp ऑफिस में प्रथनपत्र दे उसके बाद भी अगर आपकी ना सुनी जाये। तो आप सभी डॉक्यूमेंट के साथ कोर्ट में जाये और अधिवक्ता से 156(3) डलवा दे और साथ में ये सारे कागज लगवाये। आप आईटी एक्ट sec66 504,506 ipc एंड 354 डी ये धाराओ में 156(3 ) डलवा दो ।
