police has send 41A under 469 ipc and IT act 66D

my frd had made a fake fb account in 2018 and made some meme on a govt officer as a sign of protest. he launched an fir an fir on 469 ipc and IT act 66D in 2018 shockingly the cops came to his house in 2021 giving 41A notice... he was scared and wrote a guilty plead letter....in which he said he is guilty please forgive him .. and the police told he need to come to delhi court when they will call after few days he may get a state govt job as the results will announced later. will the state police know about it ..if yes then will that thing kill his govt job .....plz plz help thanks for your valuable advice

First of all 41a notice is just a notice from the police officials to appear before them and narrate your grievances. And offence under 469 is an bailable offence so no need to worry. And I don’t think that this incidents will affect your job & all.

hello client as a matter of criminal case yes it is very risky factor in terms of getting government job . but things can get settledown and his future may to secured but for tht we need to proceed with the process to save him but tht can only be donne with the help of court only.
