OTP Based Online Fraud without my mobile being compromised

Respected Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I fell victim of online fraud on 16th July, 2021. There were multiple transactions of e-gift vouchers between 3:30 -4:00 am on 16th July, 2021. I have reported the incident on cybercrime portal and to bank within 6 hours as soon as I saw the message about the same. Below are the details. Bank Debit Card - 1 e-gift voucher of INR 10,000/-. There was another transaction of INR 43.16 was also done on ZAKA-ZAKA.COM. I have also called up the merchant - to cancel the transactions around 9 am of 16th July, 2021. However, the merchant has still not cancelled these transactions. Both Debit and Credit Card are of the same bank and were in my possession and the same information has not been shared with anyone including my family members. The mobile sim and the mobile was in my possession during the whole period. I have lodged complaint with RBI as well still waiting for an update.
