The MTFE online trading company has been scam with me 1600 USDT how can i get my fund return

You did not mention how MTFE has scammed you? As the MTFE is an online trading company, it will come under cyber crime and shall be proceeded accordingly. Also Depending upon the nature of the scam you can initiate civil and criminal proceedings against the said company to recover your amount and also demand damages. Please share complete details about the Nature, time and place of scam to get the right consultation.

By sending a legal notice to the company. And if even then the company does not return the money, then the F.I.R of the photo on it. If you can prove 420 by doing tax, then if you can't, then you can get your money back by filing a civil suit or you can get your money back through consumer forum as well.
