I joined a online work with a company called INDIGO PRIVATE PVT LTD. They cheat me and took my money (3 Lakhs) now I want to discuss my case details and get to know that, Can I fired a legal case against them? I have all the proofs (Recordings, Mails, Payment Proofs) Please help me.

hello happy as the case ur saying here in this situatuion yes offcourse you can file a case against them as well as you can punish them . and it is also possible that you may also get ur money back . and it is for sure tht if ur having full proofs then they will also get pinishment by the court of law.

Dear client , You can file a case against him and his company for defrauding you but how you offered him such huge amount for what reason. However, you may file a case of 420, 120B, 415, of IPC. also of cyber crime. Thanks

Hi, You shall first send a legal notice asking them to return the money with interest or else intimating them they shall be liable for the consequences including legal proceedings against them. Please initiate the process accordingly. Regards Madhav Nanda Advocate
