NRI Ex-Parte Divorce Valid in India

My estranged Husband applied for Divorce in Califronia, USA when I was also present in USA. Later during the case was in-progress(About to set for Trial), my Visa Expired and had to return back to india. Later my estranged husband applied default and got exparte divorce. is the USA Divorce valid in India.
Hi.. yes USA divorce is valid in India. But you can file maintenance case against your husband in India and if you want you can also file Domestic violence case in India but you have to collect evidence for the same
