MY BANK ACCOUNT IS FREEZE BY TAMIL NADU CYBER CRIME BRANCH. I WANTS TO UNFREEZE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WANTS NOC FROM CYBER CRIME BRANCH.... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE????
Hi, I am Advocate Hritam Banerjee, if you want to unfreeze your account,you have to visit the tamil nadu police station, providing all the docs which can prove that you are not guilty.

If your bank account has been frozen by the Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Branch, it is usually due to an ongoing investigation related to suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions. The bank cannot unfreeze your account on its own without instructions from the investigating authority.
You should contact the concerned Cyber Crime Police Station, obtain details of the case/FIR, and submit a written representation along with supporting documents. If the authority is satisfied, they may issue an NOC or defreeze instruction to the bank.
