Made payment for online free laptop offer but yet not get anything

A company member call me and tell me about he is from pay online shopping company. And give me few offers to get a free laptop with online shopping. But he fraud with me I have already done my transaction through Paytm. But they don't send or given any information after transaction. Please help me what can I do.?
Write to paytm first, about the fraud, by giving them transaction details. They must be having their client details to whom have transacted amount. After that you give a complaint in writing to nearest police station and cyber cell.

You should immediately file an FIR with the Police if the time frame for delivery of the goods has passed or if the person has stopped responding after the payment. Delhi Police has a cyber cell who have a very competent team to handle such cases.
