Legality of selling products online

1) are all the products that are sold thru any online platform like amazon is legitimate? Cause I have seen many first copy of original items being sold online is it legal to sell these items of these vendors online? 2) most of the car accessories items like alloy wheels etc in shops are bought without paying taxes and are sold in black. suppose these shops want to sell their items through amazon. Is it legal and eligible to showcase these items on amazon with a price tag? 3) could these items be sold through online gateways? If not could it be showcased online and sold through cash
You can sell products on online portals if you meet the statutory obligations and meet the terms and conditions of the said portal.
If you have received any counterfeit product, you can file a police/consumer complaint against the seller and the online portal.
You can also check with Amazon re their terms and conditions in relation to listing any seller on their site.
