you need to appear in court through your lawyer and block it and from getting registered and moreover supreme court has specific directions upon magistrates not to take such complaints without applying their mind it is very impprtant that your lawyer intervenes to save you

A petition under Section 156 BNSS can lead the court to direct the police to register an FIR. If there is a possibility of arrest, you are allowed to file for anticipatory bail. So yes, you can file anticipatory bail.
