I was scammed out, filed a cyber complaint, The bank has traced or frozen some amount, Now I need to know about next steps, recovery process, and whether I need a lawyer.

Well, if on the basis of your Cyber Complaint, the concerned Bank have freezed certain Bank accounts and as such put on lien the money in it, then, you can recover such money of your's by filing an Application before the concerned Magistrate

you need to file a case in court to get a court order to remove the hold of the amount and get it transferred to your bank account. on submission of court order to police station, you will get your funds released within some days
