Hi lawyer, I have called my friend parents as anonymous person and gave them a constant information about the girl and told them about her relationship and sent them the picture of her and her boyfriend. Now the girl filed a case to know who the person is?? Unfortunately my name came up. Now they said that the police might call me for introgation. What would be the consequences and what can I do in this situation

hi if there is any complaint or any FIR registered against you then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the offences mentioned in it
