I lost my money by cyber fraud

I filled FIR against online Fraud as I lost money. Does this causes any issue when applying passport? Any issues in Background ground check when I join any software company?
From few months I'm not getting good sleep because of these questions.please assist me on this?

You were a victim neither an accused nor a convicted criminal.
I come from Software industry prior to Advocacy. I predominantly deal with Cyber Crime cases only and I assure this again that you are safe and you have nothing to worry about.
once the police recovers the money, you have to file a petition in the court and even then you have nothing to worry about. BGV of software companies is completely different process. So relax
