HR illegally misused credentials and drafted my resignation

HR given my resignation from her laptop without informing me. After asking about it she told that i was absconding. Instead of termination she misused my login credentials(Id & Password) and given my resignation on company HR application.

Immediately issue legal notice for criminal misappropriation and demand heavy damages alongwith salary from the company as ip adress can be tracked from which email arrived same will lead to crystal clear loosing / fraught caught by you done on part of your HR/employer company. Well, you need to prove that allegation against your HR, despite it is a fact. In your eyes, it is a fact, but in the eyes of the World, it is not. So, I will guide you, how you can prove that. You have to confront your HR on Call and We will record your Conversation with her to produce it as Evidence in Court. I have more ideas too.
