hacking my phone by relatives to trap me into fake cases of cyber

my phone is hacked by known persons iam abroad and they are constantly sending messages to my one known female that female has collided with my relatives she is helping them fabricate evidence and implead me into false cases in india for cyber crime cyber stalking or cyber voyerism . what can i do iam afraid to come to india as i dont have any one to support me there if i go to jail who will give me bail please need advice sir

Phone will be not be hacked, hacking will be done by police station not individual.... without any valid proof u cannot be arrested...need a abail u can approach to at advocate and avail....need a valid proof for cybercrime stalking and voyeurism...u don't need to worry

hi if they are filing any false cases against you then you could file quash petition on the ground that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR and to ask th3 court yo discharge you from the said case as that you were not related to the cases
