Guidance required in an employer law suite filed
14-Nov-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
My ex-employer has filed a legal case against me and two of my ex colleagues saying we have defrauded them by taking data from the company, where as we have not done so.
you have to disprove that with strong evidence , police might call you for enquiry and without looking into FIR and Complaint no opinion can be given so try to procure the copy of Complaint, even to escape from risk of arrest you should apply anticipatory bail .
first of all I want to know whether FIR is filed or not then if it's filed you can apply for anticipatory bail . I can help u in this matter as to how you can fight back legally. hope this is clear. please call me for more information
