I would first advice you to first go to your nearest Cyber crime police station and enquire with them, the given details are true or not. In most cases, it is the scammers sending these messages to extort money. Once you confirm with the police if such a case is filed or not, you can proceed.
If no such case is filed, you can file and register a complaint against the person sending the message and give them all the details.
if in case, really a case is registered, you can show the required proofs and in case the same is a scam or fraud, register a complaint with the police
