Well, in order to unfreeze your account, you need to have evidences in your favour. You can get your account defreezed from Police itself, if FIR has not been lodged! In case if FIR has been lodged, then, you have to get your accounts defreezed from the concerned Magistrate.

If your bank account has been frozen due to a suspected fraudulent crypto transaction, you should first obtain a copy of the freeze order or information from your bank regarding which police station or cyber cell initiated it. Next, file a written representation to the concerned police authority or investigating officer, attaching all documents to prove the legitimacy of your transactions. Mention your lack of involvement in any illegal activity and request removal of the freeze. If there is no response or your account is not unfrozen, you may file a petition under Section 482 CrPC before the jurisdictional High Court to seek directions to unfreeze your account, especially if you are not an accused in any FIR. Consult a cyber law advocate for representation in such cases.
