Forwarded video clip of unknown women

Good evening, by mistakely i forwarded a video clip of some unknown women which contains nudity in a telugu Whatsapp group, today i received a Whatsapp legal notice...can you please help me how to get to be solved and not having any risks in future.

Hello, forwarding such type of message through any devices may land up you in trouble, if you have received a legal notice the you have to reply by explaining your stand which can resolve this issue by simple request of not to proceed against this mistaken act of you

Well, I have to read the legal notice with which you have been served with to figure out which sections of the IT Act, 2000 have been applied on you. Whether you are framed under Cognizable or Non Cognizable to render you legal advisory.
