False FIR logged against me under IPC 345-D and IT act 66 in 2018.

False FIR logged against me under IPC 345-D and IT act 66 in 2018, there are no electronic/IP address evidence against me. Can I request for quashing of fir. Till now no witness examination done.

Hi, if there is no prima facie case against you and if police have not filed charge sheet then definitely you need to file petition for quashing of an FIR. also, there is an alternative remedy for filing discharge application which is more cost effective. there is no need to face the trial to prove your case. Please obtain certified copies of FIR and Charge sheet.
