Fake bank id

I have made fake bank gmail account but did not send any kind of message or received any sensitive data but bank had case on me i have use there name for making account so what to do
Sorry but you done crime both under information Technology Act of 2000 and Indian penal ,it does not matter whether you had initiated sending sensitive data or not ,law does not permit ,but still there is some hope !provide me all details so that I could help you !

Sir, in fact making of a fake account is enough to attract the provisions of IT Act. Best way to save yourself is to wait for the action taken by the police. And if FIR has been registered, move a petition challenging the FIR for its as quashing.
