Ex-Boyfriend blackmailing me saying that he'll share our past photos

10-Jul-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I was in a long distance relationship. We met only once in 7-8 months of relationship. Some misunderstandings started between us. He didn't love me at all. In front of me, he used to talk about my friends and about their sexy looks. Finally, he started ignoring me. He stopped talking to me. To confirm whether he is genuine or not, I created a fake facebook id and texted to him. He did chatting with that id as expected. Completely about sex and what he will do when he meet the girl. This fake id drama was just 2 days. Then i deleted the account. I have asked him to be friends. He started scolding me using very bad words which i never heard of. Then i tried to call him to give a warning not to talk like that. But he didn't lift the call. So, I told him that i will call his father. Then he started blackmailing me telling he will share our photos from the past. Please give me a suggestion. What should i do?

Hi,
Don't worry. Now a days every call is recorded with operator's. This is very serious case so, please approach to your nearest police station(Women police station or cybercrime) and file a complaint against him. Once the police filed the case, he will be punishable very seriously and every data collected from him. Cybercrime police are very powerful. They will track and trace him very easy. So, be brave.
Don't feel shy to complaint because its your life and parents life too. you are not mentioned your location. cybercrime police phone number and e-mail available on internet.
In case you have any query please mail me.
be brave. good luck.

hi
please file a complaint at the nearest woman police station outlining the full details. police will call him and ask him to remove the photos from his mobile, Google drive etc. if he stops troubling you after your complaint, it is fine. or else Complaint will be converted to FIR. dont worry and go ahead with filing of complaint
