An NC (Non-Cognizable report) for unwanted contact does not automatically affect a pilot’s Pilot Competency Check (PCC), as an NC by itself is not equivalent to a conviction or finding of guilt. The impact would depend on the nature of the allegations, whether any FIR or criminal proceedings are subsequently initiated, and the applicable disclosure requirements. If no FIR, charge-sheet, conviction or adverse court order exists, an NC alone generally should not be treated as proof of criminal misconduct. The pilot should, however, preserve all relevant records and strictly avoid further unwanted contact. For a proper assessment, the NC/report, any police communication, notices and other relevant documents should be reviewed to understand the exact allegations and present legal status. No an NC complaint against you given by your ex female girlfriend won't effect your pilot career and won't show in any criminal record until a private complaint is filed on the basis of the NC until then its only a record of a criminal activity not more than that

There is no impact on NC on PCC if you still face any legal issues we can file writ petition in high court for violation of Fundamental Rights against police and get it cleared. If complainant converts said NC in criminal case in court and takes cognizance of same then it might create issues
