Downloading others application form from govt website is a crime

Sir/Madam, I got married in 2006. My wife has been filled 498a, Domestic Violence, Maintenance Sec 125 against me at state court. She is availing Rs 7000/- per month as a maintenance since past 6 years. Now she is start to preparing state govt requirements exam, for appear in any state exam she must be registered her profile at state govt portal whose is responsible to conduct the all recruitment exams & interviews ect. While prepare the profile in state govt portal she need to reveled her marital status with date of marriage date, in spite of that she is mentioning herself unmarried in all forms . As per state job applications any given any false information is punishable offense they taken hand written scan undertaking also for affidavit of true information. kindly notify us how i can raise this issue in court in my faver. Whether it is any violation of right to privacy form my side if i downloaded her application form from the govt recruiter website and furnished in the court. Tq

How did you obtain the form? If it was available online for anyone to see it, it's not a breach of her privacy. Next, you can always complaint of a misrepresentation from the government to the court or the government authorities.

hello client ,
as per your query is concern is very deeply saying that you are very much deeeply hurted from your wife after marriage,i can understand the concern that you are worried about.in this case you no need to worry about cyber crime i can suggest you a better way through which you can take all the information officially that will not be crime.

Dear sir, I need to examine her form which she has filled and uploaded.

If at the time of filing any application one submit wrong and false information then his/her application may be cancelled.
Now the question is whether it will give any benefit in your case or not ?

For this i need to examine her income affidavit and your case file.
