I was asked to pay my policy premium as per they told me evrything correctly.Now I have filed a FIR and accused is arrested.But Police is telling that court will decide how will you get your money.? What should I do in this case.? HELP ME..
As per law ,Your service provider is responsible for the fraud happened with you ,in your case company is responsible for the amount of money duped ,even if the accused is arrested and is in jail ,the company could not evade the responsibility as he/she was working as a agent of the company. provide detail .
