Dear sir, i am a bank employee , i have married at 2015 and my ex girlfriend marriage at 2016, recently September on ward she is chating with me in Instagram app . Both are starting sending normal messages after 2 months both are chating deeply sexual chat only, but she is take a screenshot and book a fir of 354a and 354d . I have totally deleted messages in Instagram app. I don't have any evidence. hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and frivolous one and also you could file discharge petition in lower court to discharge you as it is based on all false allegations

Dear Sir, Let me rephrase what you have told here... You had a sex chat and she took the screenshots and an FIR was filed IPC 354A, IPC 354D. You are not seeing the seriousness of the offense, It is not only the IPC sections that will be applied, during the investigation phase the Information Technology Act sections will also get added because the chat was online. Along with Section 67 and 67A Of Information Technology Act, they may add a few more sections depending upon the evidence they have. I'm not scaring you, I'm just telling you the possibility..
