No saving of a pic is not an offence, if there is obscene depiction of the pic, only then it is an offence. If you are aware about the person's activities, warn him not to do so and if he goes on to do, you should report it to the police and the guy whose pic it was.

No. It's not a crime unless you have misused the photo using trick photo by computer. If the photos are simple then no offence is made out. He is simply threatening you. What is his motive I can't say

If you save your female friends pic for a malicious intention and hence you have been forwerded this pic to another male guy.....then it is a crime under the said act...,bt if have save your female friends pic for your memories and that female friend is a good friend of you bt her picture was by mistake forwerded to another person...then it's not a crime.....
