My marriage was done via online matrimony website. My wife cheated me for money and stridhan. Before marriage we use to communicate on whatsapp and facebook. All marriage expenses bear by me and my father. On marriage day Girl's father gave 1 lakh INR cheque . Within 15 days i caught my wife as she was sending some private pics and chats to someone. Later i found she was in relationship with that guy from 11 years.They studied together and used to be in live-in relationship . Before marriage she told she had no relationship in past and she used to send her private pics and blue films pics.That time i thought she was doing so because she gonna my wife. But it was trap. Her boyfreind revealed everything that how they made me fool.He knows all personal thing about me and my all activities like when i go gym ,office, mall. He is claiming he hacked my whatsapp and facebook account which is impossible for him as my wife was sharing all information and pics. Girl's family is also involved in

file a complaint against him before cyber crime for data theft, before that warm him and your wife not to commit mistakes, otherwise inform them that you will approach court and obtain records through service provider and to dissolve marriage giving divorce and also criminal case against her and him.

It’s a severe crime and you got all the rights to sue her in the court of laws , as such you Protected in various laws but accordingly you need to know all the facts of the case so it would be easy to process it invokes privacy and many acts are applicable in this as such CRPC IPC cyber crime constitution laws and many others depending upon the facts of the case

its the crime of defamation and criminal intimidation. the accused person can be charged of the offences like., sec. 66E, 67, 67A, 67C of information technology act. by parallel you may even send defamation notice.
