Creating fake profile on dating app and instagram

29-Jul-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Hi, one of my friend created a fake profile on dating app and chatted with her ex girlfriend about their relationship. Only question about when they broke up and why they broke up. No bad words or abusive language. Secondly he also created a fake Instagram Id and chatted with her to stop flirting with one of the other user. Again no bad words or abusive words. Only things like that other guy is my bf don’t flirt with him and don’t take him away from me. Can these two incident be counted under cyber crime? Can he be charged for this?

I don't get what's the point of doing this. Well impersonation is a Penal offense in itself but the question is why is the question arising now is there any issue of any sort? There are other problems too which has to be known to gibe you the best possible advice on the matter. Regards, Shayan

firstly creating a fake profile is an offence and impersonating and approaching a girl with malice is obviously a crime you need to write in detail with screenshots of what happened with you to proceed
