I have an I'd on Facebook and instead of giving someone else contact number who ws troubling me I have given a girl's number and now she has filed a complaint regarding the calls she is getting...is dis a crime according to law and wht shud b done legally??

Yes it is a crime.you want to escape from this problem then u have to immediately contact a cyber crime lawyer who is able to understand the matter as per cyber crime act irrespective of I Think Act .then only Ur able to take any proper legal action.thanks
