CCTV Camera installation infringing privacy

I have a problem. My neighbour who resides opposite to my flat has installed a CCTV Camera outside his flat and that Camera is pointing towards my flat. This makes us uncomfortable and our privacy is violated. Tried resolving amicably, didn't work. Is there any law that can protect our privacy?

you are right your privacy is violated and than ask your neighbor change side of her CCTV camera because he is not break any personal privacy so please any other query please give me more details related...

Yes. In our Laws we have all the powers to protect our privacy until and unless it is our acts are illegal unsder the Law or it causes any harm to society at at large. you can also file a police complaint
