Can I take Legal Action For False Accusations ?

Someone who is not even ny direct friend deframed me and even spoke about my private part pic in front of others saying that which is not true and I dont send any nudes to anyone all was done because she had issue of me talking or texting her boyfriend at night, not only that she even involved her mother in this actually spoke and insukted me in a very bad way what can I do about it

If you feel that your rights are violated you can serve them with a legal notice or you can also put defamation charges against them in the Jurisdictional Court. I hope a legal notice should be the first recourse.
