Bank account freezed due to Binance trading and cyber complaint

My friend used to do Binance trading (p2p trading) and he used to take my bank for that. Unfortunately fraud money was sent to my bank account without my knowing and bank account got freezed. A complaint was filed by madhya pradesh cyber police . How can I prove my innocence in this case .

Normally in bank account freezing case there is some disputed transactions. Moreover in 99% of cases there is no FIR only a complaint registered in national cyber crime portal so you can approach High court under 226 of constitution for remedy. Take the statement from the bank and compliant details and file a writ petition in high court.

First of all you can remove the freezing of your account . It can be done either through court or by Settling with the complainant related to your case. Proving your innocence can be done in court, when the case comes up against you.
