Account get lien by cyber security

Somebody complaint about telegram investment fraud also I have no link with that.cyber Police freeze my account.

hi if your account was seized by the authorities without giving any valid rwasons then you could file writ petition in high court against such action and to direct the authorities to de freeze your account

Dear Client, In order to help you better, you have to reveal all the facts in detail. Usually the Police authorities will not freeze your account without a valid reasons. They might have also filed a case against you and might have also given a copy of the FIR to you by now. Case1: If they freezed without reasons then you can file a Writ petition at High Court compelling the authorities to defreeze your bank account. Case2: Even if they might have given a valid reasons even then you can file a petition with reasonable grounds to unfreeze the account as a interim relief. Reveal everything to whosoever advocate you approach to help you better.
