First i need to go through the police complaint under which account is freezes. If it’s in layer 3 , then you easily file defreezing application in the court and get the account de freezes by the court order.

If the amount is still in the bank, you can try and engage an advocate who’d help you with an application for superdari after which if the amount is still there lying in the bank and the bank as well as the concerned SHO do not have any problem in the lien amount being given back to you, the court will order the amount to be unfrozen and be given to you in its totality.
