Accepting Physical Relationship With Ex In Text Message.in Telegram...

We were in relationship when we were both were 17 years old in year 2015.I never had sex with my ex girlfriend.After 6 years her present bf continously asking me whether I had physical relationship.After getting irritate I said him yes.But in reality we never had sex.So he want to file underage case against me on the basis of that text message that I accepted physical relationship during minor.Now how to get out of it?
basically he is blackmailing you under tremendous pressure just to obtain physical relation with you, every woman has the right to say no to sex as opined by various courts in several judgements, and whether you had it or not at whatever age, its a personal choice of yours but you did not, basically he needs to be dealt through your lawyer

firstly boyfriend has no locus standi to file case against you. only guardians can interfere. secondly when your ex girlfriend denies that you never had sex then there is no case. thirdly it's 6 years ago, no case can be made out now.
