13-May-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
A case is being registered under section 177a of IT act for abusing on fb post tell me what must be done
As far as I know it's section 66A of the information technology act of 2000 ,under which this crime comes ,There are number of cases registered under this ,you need not to worry there is no immediate arrest under this as apex court had laid down certain guidelines!.provide me details .
Sir, you have to move to the high court for quashing of the case. And first of all you have to secure the copy of the FIR or complaint as the case may be. As far as the abuse of the fb is concerned, it is not deemed to be a felony.
