Purchase of adult toys from aliexpress

I ordered this product from aliexpress but it was returned back to seller. That is when I got to know that there's a controversy over such products being considered as "obscene" in India. If I ask the seller to remove anything that could be considered to be obscene, for example, it's packaging, will it be imported in India without hassle? As it is clearly visible, the product looks like private parts, does that count as obscene? If I get a show cause notice and reply to it, as well as cancel the order, will I be liable to any charges or fine? I would like to share a link to a web page that says it IS deemed legal Please consider answering the question correctly as I want to know exactly what to do since the term "obscene" has been vaguely defined in IPC.
Desr Sir, As per your question, what I could get is that you want to know whether you can import these products or not. See if there is any restriction on import then it could be by the virtue of CUSTOMS NOTIFICATIONS and FTP NOTIFICATIONS.
